CanGameHub was founded in 2020 by a group of passionate gamers and industry journalists who recognized the significant but often understated impact of Canadian studios on the global console gaming landscape.
Canada has become one of the world's leading hubs for video game development, home to major studios like Ubisoft Montreal, EA Vancouver, and BioWare Edmonton, as well as countless innovative indie developers. Yet, there wasn't a dedicated platform focusing specifically on Canadian contributions to console gaming.
Our mission is to highlight the incredible work being done by Canadian game developers, showcase emerging talent, and provide insightful analysis of industry trends from a uniquely Canadian perspective.
